Hello there,
I’m Denitsa, in case my name floating around this website didn’t give it away. I was born and raised in beautiful Bulgaria, but made the bold (and most times windy) decision to move to rainy Britain. For anyone asking, I’m an Interior Design student in the University of South Wales, even though, in all fairness, I’m just a 20-year-old adult “wannabe” trying to get through this new independent life unharmed.

My design style varies from the old and traditional to the new and contemporary, whilst trying to merge the two together in contrast. I love working with small spaces and the challenge of someone saying “you can’t possibly fit everything in there”. The worst part of a project for me is the concept stage because I always can’t wait to just jump straight into the design work, whereas I find the most enjoyable and fulfilling the visuals, which I put the most effort into since I have the annoying, but sometimes helpful, tendency to be a bit of a stubborn perfectionist.
My hobbies include drawing, playing piano, petting animals and being “so tiny that I can be carried around like a rugby ball”, as most of my friends would attest to. I’ve got a new-found obsession with Twinings Spicy Chai since moving to Cardiff, long Rapunzel-style brown hair and an absolutely adorable and also completely irrelevant to my biography, 4-year-old Golden Retriever, who I miss the most when I’m not home. I’ve worked as a waitress, bartender and barista, whilst the latter did nothing but make my obsession with coffee even worse. I like to consider myself a creative and crafty human being with a true passion for graphics. So far my biggest art related achievement on a broader level, is being a runner up for a Workplace of the Future student competition which won me a trip to Basel, Switzerland.
If you are actually still reading this and managed to stay interested throughout, good effort, we can be friends. Just head on over to my Projects page to see my favored design work, click on Painted work to check out some of my drawings or, alternatively, give my 3d origami page a go.
Have an amazing day,
